I’m afraid I discovered another bug in the new beta:

  \definedescription[definition]
  \starttext
  \title{Sumario}\placelist[part,chapter][crierium=all]

  \chapter{Prólogo}

  \definition{Definition}\footnote{Footnote.}.
  \stoptext

Definition and footnote are now part of the TOC.

Could you fix this?
