[NTG-context] Formulas include chapter number

      Hi,

the last beta includes the chapter number in formulas, former betas
didn't. Example:

    \startformula

  \stopplaceformula
\stopchapter
\stoptext

∙ Is this intended?
∙ How to remove the chapter number from the formula?
