Dear ConTeXt experts,

I followed the steps in: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ConTeXt_Minimals to install to the conTeXt minimals.
After completing the installation and when I run "texexec.exe" I get the following error:
mtxrun:9289: attempt to concatenate local 'v' (a table value)

What is the problem? and how to solve it?

Note: My operating system is Windows 7.
