Actually it happens with the text "iffer":
\starttext
iffer
\stoptext
On Oct 5, 2012, at 9:44 PM, "Rogers, Michael K"
I encountered a strange error. If the section name contains "iffer" then an error is produced, with some joke-like comments.
Minimal example:
\starttext \chapter{One} \section{iffer} \stoptext
The original title was "Differentiating an integral" but I kept taking away until I got to "iffer".

? ! I can't go on meeting you like this. ... l.3 \section{iffer}
One of your faux pas seems to have wounded me deeply... in fact, I'm barely conscious. Please fix it and try again.
