Hello, is there a file which defines translation of some words? E.g. when I use \mainlanguage[cz], ConTeXts gets to know to write "Kapitola" instead of "Chapter" etc. It would be nice if ctx knew also: "Table of Contents" = "Obsah" "Reference" = "Literatura" "Index" = "Rejstřík" I believe these word may be changed during \setup<...> routines (I did not do that yet), but it would be nice to have defaults translated...
