\usetypescriptfile[type-otf] \usetypescript[times] \setupbodyfont[times,12pt] for Termes, or palatino for Pagella, or... Just look at $TEXMF/tex/ context/base/type-otf.tex

\setupbodyfont[times,11pt] or 14pt or 9pt or... Thomas
