As the following example shows, just trying to add a footnote to a midaligned sentence is not that easy: either the footnote index is (dis)placed to the right margin or the footnote body does not show at its proper place (at the end of the page).
Is there a way to make both things fit?
Need to be fixed by Hans, it happens when you put a note in a box which is placed in horizontal mode. \automigrateinserts \setuppapersize[A6] \starttext \hbox{One\footnote{First note.}} \dontleavehmode\hbox{Two\footnote{Second note.}} \stoptext Wolfgang
