      How can I make vertical microadjustments to individual characters in
ConTeXt?

In LaTeX I would do it with

```
\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
\raisebox{-1pt}{f}oo
\end{document}
```

however the following doesn't work

```
\starttext
\raisebox{-1pt}{f}oo
\stoptext
```
