Cool!  Is there a way to center the 6″×9″ page on 8½″×11″ paper?  I've tried
  \setuppapersize[sixbynine][letter]
but that puts the page in the upper-left corner.  Right now I'm using
  \setuppapersize[sixbynine][sixbynine]
and having Acrobat Reader center this on the printed page.  (Which
might well be the best way to do this.)
