Hi LuaTeX developers,<br><br>LuaTeX after (including) Id: luatex.web 2366 2009-05-03 08:06:14 has a problem with pdf inclusion.<br>I get an error:<br><br>This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.40.0-2009050518 (Web2C 7.5.7)<br> \write18 enabled.<br>

 ==&gt; Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!<br><br>After switching back to  LuaTeX, Version beta-0.40.0-2009042920 (Web2C 7.5.7)<br><br>(btw with very nice format generating on the fly!!!)<br><br>all works as expected.<br>
