There is one attached - "t-TypeF.mkiv" - it contains all Czech letters with diacritics. You can see also all letters with diacritics in Czech - "Cz.txt" (CP 1250) and their "translation" to UTF8 - "Cz-UTF8.txt". Cheers, Lukas
