[NTG-context] ConTeXt modules on CTAN (authors, please check)

Hello, The ConTeXt modules are now mirrored on CTAN, but they might be lacking better descriptions in the catalogue. Authors of modules - please check.

i've catalogued all but one of the new entries. my catalogue to-do file says:

macros/context/contrib/context-account done (no licence) macros/context/contrib/context-inifile [m"unster, gpl] macros/context/contrib/context-letter done (no licence) macros/context/contrib/context-sgf done (no licence) macros/context/contrib/context-tas-presentation done macros/context/contrib/context-vim done

as you see, i can't find licence details for -account, -letter and -sgf.

(I think they are all public domain, but the request to check is still valid.) Mojca
