R CMD BATCH [options] <infile> <outfile>
currently we use:

\def\runR {\executesystemcommand{texmfstart --ifchanged=\Rfile\space 
--direct R "-q --save --restore < \Rfile\space > \Rfile.out"}}

so how should it look then?
