You can put in arbitrary data and then download. I don’t think it will become any more free.

Probably okay as long as one doesn't resell it for EUR 0 ... It all looks a bit weird to me anyway "sponsored standards" esp with sponsors mentioned on the cover instead of in thanks 'introduction'. What happens when the sponsors withdraw? How does that legally work with distributing? What is there are updates (unlikely anyway).
