Gramps has an add-on which outputs:

"A group of 5 Tree reports that use LaTeX genealogytree (the Pedigree and genealogical tree diagrams package) to create professional looking trees for the active person. Four report are available. Requires: texlive/texlive-pictures and texlive-fontsextra"

See, https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php?title=5.1_Addons

and, https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/Addon:GenealogyTree

I use GRAMPS with this add-on and it works very well. All my ancestors (and skeletons in the cupboard) are in the GRAMPS data base from which I can output a tree report in a form that LaTeX can compile i.e genealogytree. I usually have to do minor edits to the LaTeX file but this is much easier than using genealogytree on it's own. It would be nice to have a ConTeXt version but, like Hraban this is above my skill set.

Best Wishes

is it possible to build a complex pedigree\genealogy tree with ConTeXt, like in LaTeX with genealogytree?
Or what possibilities are there?

There’s nothing ready-made (AFAIK, yet).
You can try to use the old "charts" module (see charts-mkiv.pdf) or the mighty "nodes" module (see nodes.pdf).
You will probably need to dive into MetaPost.

At FrOSCon 2023 someone came to the DANTE booth and asked for a way to use GEDCOM genealogy data, since GRAMPS’ diagrams are ugly. We found LaTeX’s genealogytree package plus a converter was a good fit.

For someone fluent in MetaFun and Lua and knowing ConTeXt’s XML features it would be probably not a very big deal to make something usable… Not me (besides lack of skills, also only marginally interested in genealogy).
