I am not sure what visual layout you want, but how about using:

\setupenumerations[
         alternative=serried,
         text=Theorem,
         title=no,
         stopper={:},
         distance=0ex,
         width=fit,
         right={~},
         style=normal,
       ]
\defineenumeration[theorem]
