<br>I am trying to adapt the style I use with Latex (that is to say : <a href="http://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/classicthesis/ClassicThesis.pdf">http://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/classicthesis/ClassicThesis.pdf</a>), and this document has some features which might be useful for it. Moreover I don&#39;t know how to make the command width=66\averagecharacterwidth work, if I see the sources I may be successful in trying to make it work.<br>
