[NTG-context] floatcombinations, localfloats [mkiv]

      Hello,

I can't get floatcombinations to work in mkiv:

\placefigure [none]{}
{\startfloatcombination [2*1]
\placefigure {.}%
{\externalfigure [.]}
\placefigure {.}%
{\externalfigure [.]}
\stopfloatcombination}
\stoptext

(some definitions are missing: forcelocalfloats, resetlocalfloats, noflocalfloats)
