Not necesarly. But I've spotted that in that pdf, the Romanian diacritics were typesetted correct! I was wonderring if you did something special.

 

The definition I use is:

 

\def\commaaccent#1{\oalign{#1\crcr\hidewidth,\hidewidth}}

 

But I cannot be sure if it is OK.
