      Thank you! It works. But I don't unterstand why. Where can I find
informaitons about »setcionsegments«? The wiki seems to have nothing...

You can use the sectionsegments key to choose the counter which are
displayed for the header.
\setuphead
  [chapter]
  [ownnumber=yes,
   sectionsegments=chapter]
