[NTG-context] setupsystem command

I wanted to bring this to your attention. It seems that setupsystem[random= ] command does not work with MKIV. If I use different numbers for [random= ] option the arrangement of items changes when compiled with MKII but do not change when compiled with MKIV. I tried emailing the above message with my email, but it bounced everytime I sent it. Do you know what might have happened. Thanks.
