I'm sorry, I don't understand.
lpeg is  parsing expression gramma , a "tool" like regular expressions  but more powerful
(see ttp://www.inf.puc-rio.br/~roberto/lpeg/)
and is included in context mkiv (so it works only with  luatex ) ;
see l-lpeg.lua  .
For an example see l-number.lua  (I hope , I have an old mkiv release) .



Does anybody else have this problem, or is it just me?
Can you post a little snippet of your problem ?
