It seems likely that problem arose because of some coding errors and also because I am using an old (1999) version of ConTeXt (part of 4TeX5.0 (NL Tug)). So I am trying to upgrade.

TexLive says ... "Select a Tex-oriented editor" I chose WinShell To run Context, I made a WinShell User Defined Tool, as follows. In Options => General => Userdefined I did
