[NTG-context] \setupfigures does not exist???

      Hi,

In the manual (page 273) mentions that we can fix figures parameters 
with \setupfigures, but when I put that, I receive the following error:

! Undefined control sequence.
l.233 \setupfigures
                   [before={\blank[big]},after={\blank[big]}]
?x

Is this a typo of the manual or bug of software?
