So the answer is that the command has changed: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/simplefonts

However, the commands have slightly changed: \setmainfont is now \definefontfamily [myfamily] [serif] [DejaVu] (and the same syntax to set the sans, mono and math font).

That works, of course ;-)
