Hi everybody, I've recently upgraded to ConTeXt ver: 2006.11.23 14:46 MK II fmt: 2006.11.24 int: english/english (mswincontext.zip of 2006-11-24) and there is a pb with all "french" ponctuation characters : context compile break on a \directdiscretionary or \discretionarytoken pb. Exemple : (... ! Missing \endcsname inserted. <to be read again> \edef \directdiscretionary #1->\edef \discretionarytoken {\detokenize {#1}}\let \t... <argument> guide-calc-sol-tecic-rt2000: : \dodoexpandreferences ... \specialREFidentifier #1 \endcsname \edef \expanded... \doexpandreferences ...ences #1REF(\relax )\relax \@EAEAEA \doexpandreferenc... \expandreferences ...count \doexpandreferences #1, ],) It's either in Metapost code : (; at the end of a line) or in references : (\section[sec:section01]{Section01} see about[sec:section01]) or : {\gotobox{\externalfigure[guide-sol-tecic-gobacked.pdf][width=.2\textwidth][page=1]}[guide-calc-sol-tecic-rt2000::] }) I guess the problem occurs when there is no space between ponctuation sign & preceeding text. I tried to produce a minimal exemple, but this one is working in every case ! If you want to reproduce the pb, here is the complete attached env & file : full french mess inside ! (for the moment, I go back to an earlier version : I must produce something!) TIA for any answers olivier Turlier
