Hi Lingyun,You don't have s-pre-17.tex in you tex's path (neither have I) so \TitlePage is not defined (it's supposed to be defined in s-pre-17.tex ). Maybe you can get a copy from Hans and copy it to your texmf-local\tex\context\base directory and texexec --make then mktexlsr.
