This is luatex, version beta-0.43.0-2009081911
ConTeXt  ver: 2009.09.09 14:31 MKIV  fmt: 2009.9.10  int: english/english

The following code does not work like accepted,
the index is OK, but  for index "last" and "Militzer" no interaction are possible !
