Using Palatino with ConTeXt is no problem (it used to be URW Palladio and is TeX Gyre Pagella nowadays, which contains a lot of more glyphs than any "original" Palatino). If you can't figure it out (it's no beginner's task), I'll write the Papyrus files for you. BTW, there are some ConTeXt font packages on my homepage, but I can't remember of all of them are up to date...
