No (more) working interactive bookmarks for equations, figures with recent luatex mkIV (18 april 2010?

What I did:

1) Windows commandline installation according to the instructions on contextgarden wiki.

2) Running "context hello-world.tex" with the example file from the wiki (Sanjoy Mahajan)

The resulting pdf  does not mirror the pdf on contextgarden by far:

a) It occupies now 3 pages instead of 2 pages - strange placing of floats

b) More importantly: The generated interactive bookmarks do not work (referenced is aut:4 (NOT eq:factorial-equation) for the numbered equation, which is NOT present in the pdf, instead aut:1, aut:2, aut:3 and aut:5 are visible)
