[NTG-context] Fullstop too close with charter

Is there a problem with font metrics for charter? \definetypeface [mainface][rm][serif][charter][default] [encoding=texnansi] \setupbodyfont[mainface, 10pt] \starttext POMDP. Test \stoptext The dot is a bit too close to the P, almost touching the vertical line. Is there an easy way to correct this? Aditya
