Hi, A next release of texmfstart will provide texmfstart bin:xsltproc kpse:somefile.xsl somefile.xml this means that one can put for instance xsl scripts (and whatever file) in the tree without the need for explicit paths; another application is: texmfstart bin:scite kpse:cont-sys.tex (or whatever editor you use); so, this will locate the actual cont-sys file and let you edit it, which is more convenient than locating the file in the tree first. Another (experimental) feature is: texmfstart --iftouched=old.pdf,new.pdf dosomething.rb old.pdf new.pdf which will only execute 'dosomething' when old and new have different time stamps. (This is a prelude to a more advanced 'runtime' graphic manipulation feature.) I also updated the manual (will be synced when i update the distribution).
