The same question was asked a few days ago: https://www.mail-archive.com/ntg-context@ntg.nl/msg95227.html The solution was to refresh the database: luatools --generate Aside from luatools you can also use mtxrun to refresh the database (mtxrun --generate) which also works when you clear it (mtxrun --script cache --erase) where luatools fails.
