I'd love help with this: I have list that uses alternative=command, and it stopped working when I switched from last year's TeXLive context to a recent beta. I've minimized the problem to this example: \definelist [MyList] \define[3]\MyListEntry{:#1:#2:#3:} \setuplist [MyList] [alternative=command,command=\MyListEntry] \starttext \writetolist[MyList]{First}{Second} \placelist[MyList] \stoptext It generates the following error three times, once per argument in \MyListEntry, I suppose.
