I would be interested in that as well. However, a very relevant question would be - how to get unbiased results? (I guess there is quite some correlation between being active mailing list user and being MKIV user, apart from the fact that a newbie might simply type the command "context" without ever realizing the difference between MKII and MKIV.)

PS: if we do make a Survey, I would prefer any free tool that's better in creating surveys (as opposed to "change the number on wiki by one").
