I wonder. Shouldn't the underbar show up colored too?

Example: \starttext \underbar{color this}: \startcolor[red]\underbar{but the underbar isn't!}\stopcolor \stoptext
\starttext \underbar{color this}: \startcolor[red] \setupbar[color=blue] \underbar{but the underbar isn't!} \stopcolor \setupbar[color=] \stoptext
