Hello there, I accidently switched from SuSE to Debian (via Knoppix) and all of a sudden ran into problems. With: ----------------------------------------------- % interface=en tex=pdfetex output=pdftex \setupwhitespace[big] \mainlanguage[de] \enableregime[utf8] % \setupencoding[default=texnansi] \starttext Und jetzt auch gleich mal die Umlaute testen, sowie vielleicht Ähnlichkeit der Öffentlichkeit die auch mal beißen kann \stoptext ----------------------------------------------- the document will be processed ... without the german Umlaute (Ä, Ö etc). And if I uncomment \setupencoding[default=texnansi] texexec stops with the message: ! Undefined control sequence. l.5 \setupencoding [default=texnansi] ? (./Context_text.tuo) (./Context_text.tuo) systems : begin file Context_text at line 6 Missing character: There is no Ä in font cmr12! Missing character: There is no Ö in font cmr12! Missing character: There is no ß in font cmr12!
