It's advisable to use \quote{...} or \quotation{...} for quotationmarks. That way, if you do need to change them, you only do it in one
place rather than throughout the document.
It looks like \quotation does what I want, but \quote puts the opening quote low and the wrong way around. How can I change this? I find:
