[NTG-context] log messages with logs.reporter

Hi, is it configurable which log messages are shown in the console output or in the log file? Because, with local report = logs.reporter("DOWNSAMPLE") I can see my messages in console output but not in the log file. That’s a bit unfortunate for debugging. Hraban
