[NTG-context] MikTeX and ConTeXt

http://wiki.contextgarden.net/MikTeX "ConTeXt is currently broken (possible to do some tweaking to make it work)" this was from 2008 so i suppose its outdated. Is that already fixed? (i can not test it as i have no windows operating system) Kind regards, -- Jonas Stein
