Hans, sorry, I forgot to reply earlier. I think this is already included in https://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/xml-mkiv.pdf#page=53 (as chapter 5 from xml-mkiv.pdf). The file from the distribution is the same as the one online (same SHA512, just in case). Many thanks for your help, Pablo
