In that case the main program calls is mtxrun, so:
mtxrun --script context %bm
I don't know what to do about synctex (never used it).
The last time I looked sumatra needed an uncompressed synctex-file. And (at my request) you added an option to context for it. So the call should probably use --synctex=-1. -- Ulrike Fischer http://www.troubleshooting-tex.de/
