Hi Hans (apologies for not hitting the right button to reply to the mailing list just before), I checked with context version 2012.07.07 15:04, and it is still broken. I have pasted a minimal example below. Another thing I noticed was that 'align' feature of \setupformulas is broken too. (It has been commented out below in case you want to test that too.
