According to the mp-cb-en.pdf page 51/52 documentation I included the following lines to the setup area:
\definelist[chapter] \setuplist [chapter] [before=\blank, after=\blank, style=bold] \definelist[section] \setuplist [section] [alternative=d] \definecombinedlist [contents] [chapter,section] [level=subsection]
and \placecontent after the \starttext and in front of the first \chapter. What am I doing wrong here?
by default tocs are local, so add: criterium=all (ot text or chapter or ...)
