Hi, it’s easy to switch off headers and footers on the /first/ page of a section, and also to define a different header/footer. \definetext[Kapitelkopf][header][Neues Kapitel] \setuphead[chapter][header=Kapitelkopf] But how can I do that for the /last/ page of a section or for the very last page of a document? The scite module has two MetaPost/MetaFun modes: MP and MPS. What’s the difference? I couldn’t find anything in the code (except that MPS is "defined“ while MP is only "setup"), and there’s only a mps lexer. Does that mean they’re the same? Hraban

Error 404 due to Cloudflare

Dear List, A Cloudflare server outage is preventing access to the ConTeXt mailing list archives (from France). I have an MWE that aims to build a document that includes front matter, body matter, and back matter. I would like the front matter to be paginated in Roman numerals (as well as any notes); then, I would like the following sections/chapters to be paginated in Arabic numerals. QR codes (EPC / GiroCode)

Hi again, I thought I’d include a “GiroCode” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPC_QR_code) in our publishing house’s invoices. While \qrcode[text=something] works, I’d like to use a Lua call, but I didn’t understand the code (meta-imp-qrcodes.mkxl) far enough. I don’t need colors, but the code must include CR characters (\n), since EPC is defined as a multi-line dataset; the TeX macro converts them to spaces (\par is deleted). With the zint module, it looks better (vectors instead of bytemap), but I still can’t get proper linebreaks. (If this works, I suggest to include this also in CG invoices.) Hraban

More on accessibility/checking with Canvas

Dear List, Using the current version, it is now pretty straightforward to create PDFs that pass VeraPDF with PDF/UA-2. Canvas (which is commonly used in the US) has an accessibility checker: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/How-do-I-use-the-Acc… The file tagging-basic.pdf scores 40% accessibility, with three complaints: This PDF does not have headings This PDF does not have a title This PDF contains text with insufficient contrast The last item I can fix. A title can be added in Canvas. Of course, the document has all the ConTeXt headings, but apparently Canvas is not able to see them (nor the title). On the Canvas page it says about headings: • Sequential headings: Heading levels should not be skipped (e.g. H2 to H4). However, the tool does not check if the first header starts with H2 or whether the headings are sequential with the rest of the content in the page. Tables do not begin with H1, which is designated for the page title. Is there a way to make the headings visible in the PDF? problem with code example in a buffer

Hi, since the latest updates, some of my code examples won’t work any more. The error message (below) seems to be about a font issue. In any MWE that I could come up with (including the example setup and loading the typescript), I can’t reproduce the error. The example code is in a buffer (CodeExampleNumm) and contains \start/stoptext. I process it with \typebuffer and \typesetbuffer. Syntax highlighting is using the scite module.
