Hi, it seems that the font dimens 6 and 7 aren't correct with letterspaced fonts: \letterspacefont\x\font 100 \def\test#1{\message {^^J#1: \the\fontdimen#1\font\space/ \the\fontdimen#1\x}} \test6 \test7 \bye With pdftex, both dimens are equal for the letterspaced font and the base font. Luatex output is clearly wrong. But: would it not make more sense to adjust fontdimens 2,3,4,6 and 7 to the new, wider font? Best wishes, Taco
