[Dev-luatex] Using \global with \toksapp

      Dear list,

Trying to use \global with \toksapp, e.g. when saying 
»\global\toksapp0{}«, luatex throws a fatal error:

                 0{}
!  ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!

While I know \gtoksapp exists, this seems surprising nevertheless; the 
error message seems to agree. Is this indeed unintended?
