[Dev-luatex] File fails when typesetting on Windows 8.1 Pro w/ lualatex, succeeds other places

Okay, I've installed and re-installed lualatex, using both Miktex and texlive on a Windows 8.1 pro machine more times than I can count in the past two days. It will typeset correctly once, then it fails. The same file works fine on a similar machine running Windows 7 Pro. Please find logs from both sets of runs attached. I guess I'll try W32TeX next. William
