I removed the contents of tex/texmf-context/, unpacked cont-tmf.zip from http://context.aanhet.net/archives/context-2016-09-20.22/, restored the two bin directories (I did have copies of them) and then ran:

mtxrun --script context --autogenerate --make

After a while I got this error:
