symb-ini.mkiv: \symbol and fontawesome
Hi Hans, the two argument version of the \symbol commands needs an additional branch to support the new symbol mechanism which is used with fontawesome. \unprotect % \def\symb_place_normal_a[#1][#2]% % {\edef\currentsymbol{#2}% % \ifcsname\??symbol#1:#2\endcsname % \symb_place_indeed{#1:#2}% % \else % \symb_place_normal_c % \fi} \def\symb_place_normal_a[#1][#2]% {\edef\currentsymbol{#2}% \ifcsname\??symbol#1:#2\endcsname \symb_place_indeed{#1:#2}% \else\ifcsname\??symboldefault#1\endcsname \symb_place_named{#1}% \else \symb_place_normal_c \fi\fi} \protect \usesymbols[fontawesome] \starttext % doesn’t work untill you set fontawesome as global symbolset \symbol[fontawesome][thumbs_down_alt] \setupsymbolset[fontawesome] \symbol[thumbs_up_alt] \stoptext Wolfgang
